TES staff conducted a Biological Reconnaissance Survey and an Air Quality Evaluation of the Blackburn Avenue Planned Development located in Corning, California. The project involved a proposed subdivision and subsequent development of 134 homes within the City of Corning. Both of the evaluations were conducted to meet the requirements of the City of Corning to allow an environmental review of the project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). TES staff produced reports that outlined the results of both evaluations which were submitted to the City of Corning Planning Department. The evaluations allowed the project to be approved by the City of Corning Planning Commission in 2006.
